Satisfaction Guarantee:
We at Simply Therapeutic Supplies Inc. will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days of your invoice date, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to assist you.
Minimum Orders:
We do not require a minimum order from our retail clients. The minimum order of $350.00 CDN applies only to our distributors. This amount is based on distributor wholesale pricing and orders must be prepaid before orders are shipped.
Payment Terms:
All orders are shipped after receipt of payment. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Cheque or Cash. We accept major credit cards by email, phone or fax. If paying by cheque, please allow 7 days before your order is delivered. We do not offer terms or accept wholesale orders under $350.00.
Shipping Policy:
We offer two forms of delivery: Canada Post or Next day delivery. Shipping is paid for by the customer. All goods are shipped FOB our warehouse. In the event the package you receive appears damaged, please note the damage on the waybill when accepting the package. Please open your package immediately and inspect all the products for any damage. If there is damage to your goods please contact us immediately.
Return Policy:
We believe in respect and fairness when
it comes to return policies. Unfortunately, we cannot except
returns on the following products: any washed or used linens,
any product not in it's original packaging, any opened bottles
of oils and lotions. Not all situations are covered under
this policy. Please contact our customer service department
for additional clarification. All private label, personalized,
and custom made products may not be returned for a credit
or a refund, except for manufacturing defects. The following
is required for returns:
1. Contact our customer service department
to obtain authorization for the return.
2. We must receive the goods within 7 days of authorization.
3. Shipping charges will not be credited on returned items.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event will Simply Therapeutic Supplies Inc. be liable to any customer for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages, losses, injury, cost or expenses of any nature related to any product of the use therof. Total liability for any claims, whether in contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise shall be limited to the price of such product.
